Is your pool open year-round?
Yes, our pool is open year-round and maintained at a comfortable temperature of 8082 degrees.
Is maintenance available on-site, and do you offer emergency services?
Yes, our maintenance team is available on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also provide 24/7 emergency maintenance services, including after hours, weekends, and holidays.
What is the move-out requirement?
We require a 60-day notice to vacate prior to the end of your lease term.
Is public transportation available nearby?
Yes, we are conveniently located near the Jordan Valley TRAX station, providing easy access to public transportation.
What appliances are included?
Each apartment home features Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a full-size, stackable washer and dryer.
